On December 29, 2009, the LACYR hosted candidate for U.S. Senate, Al Ramirez. Al Ramirez is a telecommunications & technology professional that has been living in Los Angeles since 1997. Al Ramirez first ran for political office at the age of twenty-two. Al Ramirez is an “All American” who’s parents were born in the United States and his family linage goes back six generations in this country.

“Al believes the key to helping “Make California Special” for a new generation is to lead a plan that empowers individuals and not bigger government.
